Only positive can come out of unschooling. <br />I did leave some examples on my videos...have you had a chance to see those? You have your DD, so one child? How fun for you both! What a fun time you can have together exploring the world together and learning! No more being confined to state mandated studies and keeping up with the school system. Follow her interests, introduce her to new things all the time. Life will present it to you so be alert! Write down all the fun things she wants to do together and get it down to do. You said you like lists, planning your life is how you grow personally, you can&#39;t take life as it comes...you&#39;re on the right track. Plan out your lives together, get it on paper! Write it all out. Don&#39;t just wing all your days. Productive days can even be as simple as going to the grocery store and her learning how to buy groceries and help you handle money and your weekly budget for food, doing laundry and caring for the home.:) So many possibilities. Fear not! We have been homeschooling our DD from the beginning. She is now in the 5th grade. We have always used Abeka books with great success, but this year decided to change things up a bit. I just felt we needed to freshen things up and get excited again about homeschooling. So, I&#39;m trying out some different methods in hopes of finding the right fit. <br /><br /> I&#39;m very nervous about this, as I am a list person, and not very confident in my ability to teach without things being laid out for me.
